Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience and a strong background in food production, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and a commitment to food safety. Ideally you would need to have used a gozney oven and know how to make Italian Pizzas

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Supervising experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
• Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with various cuisines.
