As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. If you have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious dishes, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
