Location: Meldreth, Nr. Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border)

Our client are seeking compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults aged 9–19. You’ll join a caring team at a residential setting that supports individuals with profound communication challenges linked to conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injuries, and degenerative disorders.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in daily activities like personal care, learning, and socializing.
Assist with therapeutic sessions, including hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
Build trusting relationships to help young people grow and thrive.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Foster learning, independence, and social development wherever possible.

Flexible and committed to working on a rota (including every other weekend).
