Join our Client's Team as a Children and Young Adults Support Worker
Location: Meldreth, Nr. Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border)
*WELCOME BONUS OF £1500*

Our client are seeking compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults aged 9–19. You’ll join a caring team at a residential setting that supports individuals with profound communication challenges linked to conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injuries, and degenerative disorders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in daily activities like personal care, learning, and socializing.
- Assist with therapeutic sessions, including hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
- Build trusting relationships to help young people grow and thrive.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
- Foster learning, independence, and social development wherever possible.

We don’t require prior experience, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will be:
- Compassionate, patient, and resilient.
- Creative problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and committed to working on a rota (including every other weekend).
- Ready to support independence and empower individuals to achieve their potential.
