Cleaner (part-time) - 8 hours per week

Hours of work: Out of hours cleaning preferable but not necessary.

Summary of role duties:

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our site, ensuring a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for our staff and customers. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Tasks will include:

· Taking care of the premises and contents, cleaning all furniture, fittings and equipment.

· Keeping in a clean condition all glass in doors and windows.

· Maintaining clean and tidy corridors and associated areas.

· Maintaining clean offices, washrooms, and communal areas.

· Emptying bins and replenishing supplies as required.

· Maintaining high hygiene standards across all areas.

· Following company and site Health & Safety procedures.

Experience:

· Previous cleaning experience is essential.

· Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work to a high standard.

· Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

· Able to manage time effectively and work independently.

Training:

· On the job training will be completed including:

o Induction training – educating the new employee on the role and the organisation

o Manual Handling training – important training in posture, lifting and handling of goods for all employees joining the organisation, with refresher training conducted in a timely manner

o Process training on the job – educating new employees on the standard procedures in their role

o Workplace probations to review and plan further training needs
