Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our pub, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure that restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A proactive drive to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
