Salary: £30,000 per annum + performance bonuses

About the Role We are looking for a reliable and professional Biohazard Cleaner to join our team. This role involves attending a variety of specialist cleaning jobs, including trauma scenes, unattended deaths, hoarding environments, and hazardous waste removal. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities - Carry out biohazard and specialist cleaning to a high standard - Safely remove and dispose of hazardous materials - Follow strict health & safety and decontamination procedures - Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times - Communicate professionally with clients and team members - Complete job reports and documentation where required Requirements - Full UK driving licence - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing situations - Good physical fitness - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Previous cleaning or specialist cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential (training can be provided) What We Offer - Competitive pay (depending on experience) - Training in biohazard and specialist cleaning procedures - Opportunity for ongoing work - Supportive team environment Important Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be comfortable working in environments that may involve bodily fluids, strong odours, and distressing scenes.
