The Role

This role is key to ensuring that our clients are happy and that we meet or exceed their expectations. We are looking for someone who shares our values, is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, whilst being confident with technology.

  • Being the first point of contact for nominated clients for sales enquiries or escalation issues
  • Collaborating and liaising with other team members to identify client business needs, develop new sales opportunities and manage client projects
  • Developing and building relationships with new and existing clients primarily through regular telephone and email contact
  • Collaborating with the internal operations team, suppliers and partners to ensure client expectations are met

Key responsibilities

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel within your clients, prospects, suppliers and partners
  • Managing and servicing client requirements by raising quotations, proposals and contract renewals
  • Working with Client Success Manager to secure new business and ensure client retention
  • Ensuring that the CRM system (Halo) is maintained accurately and completely for each user contacted
  • Working collaboratively with all colleagues on all client requirements, orders and issues
  • Ensuring that clients are kept informed about the status of their orders and projects
  • Delivering exceptional client experience and service to ensure client retention and growth

What we are looking for:

  • A customer centric approach and excellent client management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions in layman’s terms to non-technical clients
  • A team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate colleagues
  • Financially minded and familiar with margin pricing and calculations
  • Someone who is well organised, happy to use own initiative and can work calmly and consistently under pressure
  • Passionate about getting results and delivering to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Confident with technology and accomplished with MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
