Our team is growing! MD Therapy UK is a specialist MSK clinic based in Glasgow City Centre. We are professional, innovative and customer-centric. Our goal is to provide expert care and advice for clients in the prevention and rehabilitation of back pain and sports injuries..

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, warm and friendly manner
- Manage inbound calls to handle customer enquiries and schedule appointments
- Confidently handle outbound sales calls to promote clinic services to local community groups and sports teams
- Follow-up with clients to provide aftercare and ask for feedback on their experience
- Handle payments, upsells and maintain accurate sales records in our booking system
- Manage clinic waiting list to minimise gaps in diary due to cancellations
- Maintain customer records adhering to client confidentiality at all times
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Assist in managing therapist rota and therapy room bookings
- Support in managing finances, budgeting and accounts
- Provide support on administrative tasks to clinic team as needed
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using editing software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment or clinic setting would be a major bonus

Salary: £10.75 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
