Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager you will oversee the Contracts Supervisors and make sure all contracts are running as they should by providing support and training where necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing/Managing the Senior Contract Supervisors, including measuring performance in line with business needs, goals and objectives.
  • Attend client meetings with Contract supervisors and taking meeting minutes where applicable and delegating tasks arising from the meeting.
  • Make sure all monthly targets are hit by the Contract Supervisors, in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Contract reporting to department manager and director on each contract, making sure we hit all KPI's.
  • Making sure all actions are added to CASH by the relevant Contract Supervisors.
  • Agree any bespoke SORs with the client.
  • Provide contract handovers to relevant departments, e.g the costing team.
  • Manage Activ Absence for the Senior Contract Supervisors.
  • Carrying out interviews, probation reviews and disciplinarians for the Senior Contract Supervisors.
  • Bi-Weekly meetings with all Contract Supervisors to discuss well-being, performance and objectives.
  • Resolving financial queries and approving applications.
  • Overseeing MTVH Contracts (Fire Safety England and FRA).
  • Client Relationship Building.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience within a management/supervisor role.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel, data and contractual processes.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, CASH knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience dealing with contract and project management.

Other information

This is a permanent role we are offering based in the Newcastle office.

The rate of pay we are offering is £35,000.00 - £42,000.00 per annum depending on experience, based on a 40 hour working week.
