Overview
Smith and Graham Solicitors are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team. Ideally, you’ll be qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) or qualified by experience.
We are seeking a motivated individual with solid experience who can manage their own caseload of residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion and deliver a high standard of client care in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role consists of you handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, which include the following (please note we are not a volume-based firm):
Freehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
New build transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A client-focused approach with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
