Join a really friendly team in Swanley as a Customer Services Advisor!

The role involves dealing with a wide variety of enquiries from sales to service:

  • Accurately processing orders
  • Solving issues whilst delivering great customer service.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Recent customer service experience in an office
  • Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A good eye for detail and good at problem-solving
  • Confident on the telephone and by email
  • Live within a reasonable commute of Swanley, or able to get to Swanley train station.
