Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our team at KAMTECH @ QUEENS ROAD in the Customer Service Advisor role. You will be one of the main points of contact with our customers, face to face, over the phone and via email, ensuring they receive high standards of customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for everything customer related from booking in, ringing to authorise work and invoicing. In addition to this you will be ordering parts, liaising with technicians and estimating/quoting new jobs.

Much of this role is based around customers so we are looking for a friendly, approachable individual, who is computer literate and is capable of multitasking.

About you

As well as multitasking, exceptional communication skills and telephone manner are essential.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience in customer service. A mechanical background knowledge would be desirable.

· Team work

· Organised and time efficient

· Willingness to learn

Training will be provided on all our systems and procedures.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
