Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor to join our team. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and have a passion for all things food, we would love to hear from you!

This is a full time, permanent role, based at our offices near Staplehurst Monday-Friday. 8.30am-5.30pm.

Duties include:
– Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to our customer database each day to take their weekly orders
– Monitoring & replying to email enquiries & orders
– Working as part of our wider team, including accounts & the warehouse and ensuring that we offer a customer-centric approach to sales
– Upselling & promoting new products
– Building & maintaining relationships with our customers
– Working proactively & managing own workload to ensure tasks are prioritised accordingly.

Desired experience & skills:
– Previous experience with accounting / CRM systems
– Friendly & confident phone manner
– Enthusiastic & self-motivated
– Excellent organisational skills

Salary: From £22,000.00-24,000.00/year
