Are you looking for a position in a friendly, busy Sales and Customer Service department?
Do you have experience giving telephone-based customer service?
Can you competently use Excel, Outlook and the Microsoft Office package?
Have you had experience building great relationships and managing accounts?

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, positive and driven Customer Service and Sales Support Assistant to join our small friendly team.
This important role includes taking and processing orders, dealing with customer enquiries and some elements of customer account management, in addition to supporting our team of Account Managers and Agents.
Working with the Sales team you will constantly seek out new opportunities to ensure company targets are met, sales are maximised and our customers receive the best possible service when purchasing our beautiful quality products.
