Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for customer service and sales? Do you thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment? Our client who is a dog day-care and boarding business is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive to join their growing team. If you have a knack for communication, attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love dogs as their business is driven by their passion for them we want to hear from you!

The success full candidate will work 40 hours per week, the hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm, three days in the office and two days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, chat, and video platforms while upholding the company's values of honesty and transparency.
  • Administration & Organization: Manage administration workflows, maintain waiting lists, and ensure accurate record-keeping using spreadsheets and CRM systems.
  • Sales Focus: Drive business growth by meeting targets, promoting company initiatives, upselling, and maximizing revenue opportunities throughout the year.
  • Subscription Management: Maintain and enhance the subscription base to achieve high retention levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a remote team, managing junior staff when needed.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Monitor social media platforms to support customer engagement and promotional activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and friendly communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for detail with the ability to manage tasks accurately.
  • IT: Able to adapt to new computer systems as they are introduced into the business
  • Time Management: Resourceful, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Sales Experience: Experience with CRM systems and online booking systems, ideally in virtual sales environments.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, open to change, and a fast learner.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage junior staff.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong desire to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
