About Sell My Classic

Sell My Classic is the UK’s only classic and performance car auction dedicated to the trade. Our online-only platform connects private car sellers with over 1 thousand verified investors, collectors and dealers. Our tech first approach is changing the industry and this is your opportunity to join us as we make Sell My Classic the go-to auction for classic and performance cars.

The Customer Sales Specialist is a dynamic role with a wide range of tasks throughout the day where you will rapidly develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

This role will involve:

  • Speaking with our customers daily, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, understanding their requirements and profiling their car for valuation
  • Be a proactive member of the team by acting on customer feedback and suggesting new ways to improve our customer experience
  • With support from the team, you’ll play a key role in promoting our weekly auctions and ensuring customers expectations are managed.

Working week:

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm


  • Comfortable liaising and communicating with a wide range of people
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player
  • Dedicated to excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Previous experience working on the telephone is a must
  • A strong understanding of the motor industry is preferred but not essential
  • Basic car knowledge would be an advantage
