Dealer Account Manager

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Dealer Account Manager to join a disruptive start up who have had huge success over the last two years and are now ready to scale.

Due to huge demand we have seen sales increase 200% YOY - we are now ready to scale the business and become the go to auction for Classic and Performance car professionals.

About the Job

As Dealer Account Manager you will have a number of existing accounts to maintain and be proactively targeting new dealer accounts. You will build rapport with key stake holders and become the go-to contact for help and advice.

You will also be an early addition to the team so get ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets
- Maintain existing accounts and target new dealer sign ups
- Profile dealers - understand budgets, stock profile, capacity etc
- Advertise sales to ensure a great attendance and result
- Negotiate sales
- Take a consultative approach when working with other departments

Your Skills

- Minimum 3 years’ B2B Sales experience
- Experience of working in the motor industry is a must
- Good sales and account management skills
- Self-motivated with a pro-active approach
- Understanding customer pain points and requirements
- Good listener and communicator, fluent in English and able to deal with people at all levels of business and with people of varying technical capability
- Customer orientated with an organised and logical approach to fulfilling requirements
- Ability to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently
- Ability to bond and build rapport with others
