Depute Manager Community Hub

Full time 37 hours per week, salary £35,594

We are planning for succession to ensure the Project and Team remains committed to serving the needs of the community. Supporting the Project Manager to run the project, the Depute will focus on learning the Project Manager's role over the coming year.

  • Some experience in the management of community projects and work in similar settings. Experience managing staff, budgets, funding applications and compliance
  • BA Community work, Diploma Youth and Community or similar qualification suitable for the role
  • Empathic with an understanding the complex issues which impact the local community
  • Self-motivated, problem solver and hands-on in Youth Work and Under 11's
  • Willing to learn a range of duties and work flexibly to meet the demands of the role
