Join the Journey – Driver (Part-Time or Full-Time)
£12.00–£14.00/hr | 5–20 hrs/week | Early Mornings | London-Based
At Jampot Coffee Company, we’re not just delivering coffee — we’re reshaping how it moves from farm to cup. As part of the Origins 1450 ecosystem, we’ve built a vertically integrated supply chain that uplifts farmers, empowers roasters, and brings better value to the hospitality world. From specialty coffee to artisan baked goods, our offerings fuel some of the most exciting cafés, restaurants, and workspaces in the city.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Driver to become a key part of our behind-the-scenes engine. If you know London’s streets like the back of your hand and love the idea of working in the early quiet hours of the city this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver fresh pastries, baked goods, and café supplies from our kitchen to Jampot branches and wholesale clients.
- Transport roasted coffee from our warehouse to various partner locations, ensuring every delivery is on time and handled with care.
- Occasionally provide safe and professional staff transport between Jampot sites.
- Keep our delivery van clean, fueled, and ready to go — you’re the steward of our mobile operations.
- Work closely with our kitchen, warehouse, and ops teams to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Start your shifts early typically around 2:00 AM and help set the pace for the day ahead.
- Handle keys and client instructions with full discretion when making off-hour or unattended deliveries.
- Track delivery times, routes, and performance data using GPS and route-tracking tools.
What You’ll Bring
- A valid UK Driving Licence (Category B) with a clean record.
- Great knowledge of London’s roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
- Experience in delivery driving, logistics, or food service environments.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work solo with confidence.
- Respect for hygiene, safety protocols, and food handling best practices.
- Clear, respectful communication, you’ll be liaising with both internal teams and client contacts.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts and adapt to our flexible schedule.
Nice to Have
- Experience handling perishable goods or working in the F&B/hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with warehouse or café logistics.
- Used route optimization or keyholder delivery systems before.
Perks
- Flexible scheduling (part time, zero hour contracts)
- Weekend work available
- Be part of a growing movement that's changing the coffee game
