About Natural Baby Shower

Established in 2007, Natural Baby Shower is a fast-growing, innovative online nursery retailer, passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting sustainability.

We offer a carefully curated range of high-quality baby and parenting products from over 130 premium brands. Alongside this, we’re proud of our supportive team culture and strong ethical values, guided by our CARE principles: Collaborate, Aspire, Respect, Evolve.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Shopify Platform Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact ecommerce environment and wants to make a real difference.

As an independent business, we move quickly. Ideas don’t sit still here - you’ll be able to test, implement, and see the results of your work in real time.

You’ll work alongside a smart, ambitious, and forward-thinking team who are constantly challenging how things can be done better. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes, and turning ideas into action, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own and continuously improve the performance, structure, and customer experience of our ecommerce platform. This role combines hands-on execution with the opportunity to identify improvements, optimise performance, and shape how we scale.

Platform Management & Performance

  • Own and manage the Shopify platform and product ecosystem
  • Ensure strong site performance, speed, and user experience across all devices
  • Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, bounce rate) and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes where needed

Product Data & Scalability

  • Manage a large, complex product catalogue with high SKU volume
  • Maintain accurate, structured, and scalable product data across all attributes
  • Oversee metafields, metaobjects, and taxonomy
  • Improve site search, filtering, and data logic
  • Develop and maintain clear data standards and processes

Merchandising & Content

  • Execute and optimise onsite merchandising across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and campaigns
  • Manage product listings, content, pricing, and categorisation
  • Ensure content is accurate, commercially effective, and aligned with brand standards
  • Support seasonal campaigns and landing page execution

Customer Experience & Personalisation

  • Own and optimise personalisation tools (e.g. Nosto) and recommendation logic
  • Continuously improve the customer journey, from navigation through to checkout
  • Identify opportunities to enhance conversion through testing and optimisation

Promotions & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee promotions, discounts, and campaign mechanics
  • Validate, test, and launch campaigns with accuracy
  • Manage bundle setups and promotional workflows
  • Build efficient, repeatable processes for execution

Performance, Data & Integration

  • Analyse ecommerce performance and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing to align onsite activity with campaigns
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and SEO fundamentals are in place

Operations & Platform Development

  • Ensure smooth product launches and operational delivery
  • Support platform enhancements, integrations, and tools
  • Work with partners to improve functionality

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a small ecommerce operations team
  • Prioritise workloads, maintain standards, and ensure delivery
  • Implement SOPs and maintain strong QA processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing Shopify (essential)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations
  • Experience with large product catalogues and complex data structures
  • Familiarity with merchandising/personalisation tools (e.g. Nosto)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team management or mentoring experience preferred

What Success Looks Like

  • A scalable, well-structured Shopify platform
  • Accurate, consistent product data
  • High-quality onsite merchandising aligned with commercial goals
  • Efficient day-to-day operations
  • Continuous improvements to processes and performance

What We Offer:

  • A supportive working environment
  • Opportunities to grow and develop within the business
  • Free Parking at HQ
  • Maternity/Paternity Benefits
