This is a groundbreaking opportunity for an experienced trainer to take the next stage in their professional development, you will be involved with establishing a new area of the business.

This is the role where you will be have the independence as an electrical trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally in the world. As an electrical trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of electrical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands-on electrical training

· Individualised coaching to learners

· Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance

· Guide learners to successful completion of their electrical training and qualifications

· Establish and maintain a leading training programme

Key Requirements:

· Level 3 or higher in Electrical Installation or a related field

· Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or D32/D33)

· Commercial experience in the electrical sector

· Strong IT Skills
