Lead Electrician – Renewables & Commercial Infrastructure

  • Shrewsbury / UK-wide projects
  • 43,000 – £52,000 + overtime + away bonuses (realistic earnings £50k+)
  • Company vehicle + tools provided

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced electrician to work on high-spec commercial renewable and electrical infrastructure projects across the UK.

This includes:

  • Solar PV installations
  • Battery storage systems
  • EV charging infrastructure
  • Installing new LV supplies into commercial buildings

This is not just standard install work — you’ll be involved in technically varied, hands-on projects across commercial and industrial environments.

Opportunity to step into a lead role and take ownership of projects as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as an electrician (commercial preferred)
  • 18th Edition (BS7671)
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable (not essential):

  • Inspection & Testing (2391 / 2394 / 2395)
  • Experience with LV infrastructure, solar PV, EV or battery systems
