Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Assembly/Warranty Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Assemble electronic products using hand tools and power tools
  • Conduct diagnostics and repairs on warranty returned units, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and accurately
  • Utilise programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and modify control systems as required
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet strict company standards
  • Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, repairs, and warranty claims
  • Assist in the development of assembly procedures and improve existing workflows for efficiency
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and product design

Experience

  • Proven experience in electronic assembly or related technical roles, preferably within manufacturing or repair environments
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
  • Electrical experience with a solid understanding of circuitry, wiring, and electronic components
  • Mechanical knowledge to handle small parts and perform precise assembly tasks
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable
  • Prior exposure to warranty repair processes or electronics troubleshooting is advantageous
