As a small but ambitious organisation, we offer a supportive, flexible working environment where your voice matters. This role is a chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most—while growing your own career in a meaningful way.

- Coordinating personalised support plans and regularly reviewing progress.
- Developing relationships with local employers, training providers, and external agencies.
- Signposting to relevant support services and helping participants sustain employment and accommodation.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with hard-to-reach communities, ideally within employability, housing, or local authority settings.
- Understanding of the local job market and employment services.
- Strong communication, organisational and digital skills.
- Emotional resilience, empathy, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
Experience working with Eastern European communities or refugee groups is highly desirable, as is a background in careers advice or employment support.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.
- A supportive, inclusive and collaborative working culture.
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible hours).
- Generous salary (pro rata).
- Ongoing training and development.
