English Breakfast Cook Chef

We are looking for a skilled and experienced English Breakfast Cook Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, ensuring that our guests enjoy a delicious and authentic English breakfast experience. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours, and the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook traditional English breakfast items, including eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and toast, to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
• Work independently and efficiently, managing time and ingredients well to meet peak demand times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff and assist with any additional tasks when needed.
• Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, and communicate with management to restock supplies.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a breakfast chef or in a similar role, specializing in English breakfast dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for providing high-quality food and an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred:

• Certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or café environment.
