We are recruiting a Enquiry Coordinator and we are looking for hardworking and driven individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will be detail orientated, able to manage and prioritise their workload and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Main Duties:

  • Adviser Support & Workflow Management – Oversee advisers’ workflows, follow up on outstanding tasks, and manage their diaries, including call bookings.
  • Administration – Oversee the completion of administrative tasks, including document chasing, scanning, printing, and uploading to Finplan.
  • Client Communication – Ensure the Enquiry Coordinator Team is the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and assisting with rescheduling calls to address any queries.
  • Team Data Oversight – Drive and manage data input for the team, ensuring strict compliance and accuracy.
  • Compliance & Target Achievement – Deliver quarterly commercial and compliance targets.
  • Process Efficiency – Monitor and streamline processes such as DocuSign tracking, call outcome recording, and administration of outgoing post.
  • Case Management & Follow-Ups – Ensure the Enquiry Coordinator Team follows up on outstanding documents and information for each case.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and overcoming objections professionally.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a client-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
