EVENT CHEF
Job Title: Event Chef
Location: Unit 11, Windmill farm business Centre, Bristol, BS3 4BD
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Job Type: Full time – 37 hours per week – flexi contract. Tuesday – Saturdays.

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Event Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food at various events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a talented team. The candidate must be environmentally committed and have a passion for the use of seasonal and local food.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for a variety of events.
Plan menus in collaboration with the Head Chef or Sous chef.
Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment, within HACCP.
Adapt quickly to different event settings and client requirements.
Manage stock and ingredients efficiently.
Work closely with event manager/staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an event or catering setting for a min of 2 years.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, per HACCP.
Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required.
A valid driving license is essential
