We’re now looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and confident Events Staff to join our team and represent our brand at events in the South West and across the country. Role Overview:

As Events Staff, you’ll be the face of our rum brand at various events throughout the year. You’ll engage with existing fans, introduce new customers to our products, and offer a memorable experience. Whether you’re sampling and selling our artisan rums or chatting with guests about what makes our products special, you’ll play a key role in promoting our brand and creating excitement around our range of rums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers: Enthusiastically introduce our rum brand and products to customers, creating a buzz around what we do.
• Sampling & Selling: Offer tastings of our range of artisan rums, answer questions, and guide customers through our products with passion.
• Customer Interaction: Build relationships with event-goers, making sure they have a great experience and leave with a positive impression of our brand.
• Brand Representation: Be a confident and knowledgeable representative of our rum brand, embodying our values and showcasing the quality of our products.
• Sales Support: Help drive sales by encouraging customers to purchase bottles, drinks and merchandise, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident Communicator: You’ll need to be comfortable talking to the public, sharing your enthusiasm about our rum and engaging with people of all backgrounds.
• Passionate About Drinks: A genuine interest in rum or spirits is a plus.
• Energetic & Outgoing: We’re looking for people who are lively, approachable, and enjoy interacting with customers at events.
• Team Player: You’ll be working as part of a fun and energetic team, so the ability to collaborate and support your colleagues is key.
• Must Be Over 18: Due to the nature of the role, all applicants must be over the age of 18.
• Flexible Availability: You should be able to commit to various events across the year, including weekends, evenings, and some travel.
