Events Consultant (office based)
Eventurous are a full service event agency offering team building and event management for corporate events. We are a forward-thinking, award-winning agency based on a modern 150 acre farm, with two on site corporate event/wedding venues - Mythe Barn Events and Sheepy Meadows Tipi.

Thanks to our exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Sales & Events Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales and managing events for the organization. This role involves prospecting, attracting and retaining clients as well as planning and executing events nationwide. Your role is a combination of sales activities and event planning responsibilities so you will need to have strong organizational skills, be a good communicator, have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working in a busy office.
Main Responsibilities
· Liaise with new and existing clients on their upcoming events.
· Work with your client to understand their needs & provide suitable solutions.
· Prepare sales proposals for your client.
· Negotiate and close sales deals.
· Achieve sales targets & KPI’s set by the business.
· Plan and co-ordinate events including conferences & company festivals nationwide.
· Work with your client to develop event concepts & themes.
· Manage all aspects of the event logistics including venue finding & supplier management.
· Manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events.
· Cultivate strong relationship with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
· Gather client feedback and share with team members.
· Booking and event administration
Requirements
· Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
· Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during and after events.
· Extremely well organized with impeccable attention to detail
· Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
· Excellent IT Skills (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
· Flexible and adaptability to changing event requirements.
· Comfortable conducting client meetings both in person, over the phone and on Teams / Zoom
· You are responsible for keeping the CRM up to date.
Knowledge / Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales, venue finding and event planning.
· Experience in team building events would be preferred.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
