The Roslin Beach Hotel is an AA 4 Silver Star hotel with a multi award-winning Two AA Rosette Restaurant that is recognised across the country. This thriving hotel is proudly located on Thorpe Esplanade with panoramic views of the beautiful Estuary in each of our dining rooms.

Role Summary

The Events Manager will be a hands-on member of the events team, responsible for planning and delivering weddings, private functions, and corporate events. With weddings being an important part of our business, the role requires an experienced, professional individual who approaches each couple with care and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include managing events from initial enquiry to execution, acting as a point of contact for clients, coordinating with the kitchen and reception departments, supporting on-the-floor event delivery when required, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Proven experience in events or hospitality management
• Proven experience in a hands-on role within the hospitality sector
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptionally strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, approachable and confident when dealing with wedding couples and clients
• Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge with the highest service standards
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and peak event periods
