About Us

XO Dorchester is one of Dorchester’s newest nightlife destinations, combining premium cocktails, music, and a high-energy atmosphere. Following an incredibly successful launch, we are now looking to expand our bar team ready for the summer with experienced bartenders who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help deliver an exceptional guest experience every weekend.
We’re building a strong, professional team and are looking for confident, reliable individuals who are passionate about hospitality and nightlife.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced bartender who can confidently work in a busy cocktail bar environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, hard-working, and capable of maintaining high service standards during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, and other beverages to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
• Restock bar inventory and monitor supplies throughout service
• Process payments accurately using the till/POS system
• Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Work closely with management and the wider team to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is essential
• Cocktail experience preferred
• Ability to work confidently under pressure in a busy venue
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Team player with a positive work ethic

Must be 18+ due to licensing laws
