Full job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Coordinator to join our expanding office team within one of Nottingham’s largest plumbing and heating companies based in our office in Nottingham.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Field Manager the role will involve a multitude of tasks within this busy office.
Duties will include;
· Stock management
· Ordering parts and allocating to engineers
· Monitoring and administration of engineers compliance and work completion
· Aid in pricing and estimates for jobs
· Liaising with customers
· Liaising and developing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
· Fleet administration (to include booking in MOT’s and services for vehicles)
This is a new role so there is a lot of opportunity for growth and training for the right applicant.
You will be expected to implement new and effective ways of working.
You will be the first line of contact with our engineers so the ability to develop and nurture relationships is vital.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude. You will need a lot of common sense, be comfortable working on your own and multitasking. Attention to detail is important along with a hands-on approach.
The key criteria are:
· Outstanding common sense and self sufficiency
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly organised and able to multitask
· Working computer knowledge
· Good attention to detail
· Plumbing/gas experience not required but knowledge would be an advantage
· A team player
This is a full time role within a dynamic and enjoyable office setting, hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are an approachable team who offer support and training.
*SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE*
