Full job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Victory Leisure Homes Limited for a finance Administrator to join our team. Victory is a large Hull based manufacturer of holiday homes and part of Rix Group of companies who have been established for 150 years. The role will be a situated at our Hull office, Leads Road and reporting to the Finance Manager.
As a Finance Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team with any administrative duties. To achieve this collaboration will be required with other departments such as sales and manufacturing. This may also include the odd occasion of travelling to our other site at Gilberdyke or our head office in central Hull.
Daily duties are to include
* The main role is to provide support where required to the accounts payable team ensuring accuracy and working within deadlines
* Where applicable provide support to the accounts receivable team with admistration ensuring accuracy and working within deadlines
* Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence
* Maintain confidentiality regarding the work that is carried out
* Provide holiday cover when required
We would love it if you have finance experience which includes strong Microsoft Excel skills and you will have the ability to organise and prioritise time effectively without losing attention to detail.
The salary is £25 - £26K depending on experience and the working hours are Monday to Friday, exact hours to be discussed.
