Full job description
Working within a Project Team alongside a Project Manager and Design Engineers together with on-site Installation Engineers, the role will have input into projects from initial concept design through approval, construction and As Fitted stages.
The principal duties will include:
- Comprehending design and project requirements from project specifications,
- Oversee and manage the Sprinkler System design process,
- Analysing critical paths from project programmes of works,
- Organising materials and resources,
- Liaising between customers, suppliers and installation engineers,
- Maintaining financial control over a project to ensure it remains on budget.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5 years or more experience working within the construction industry (Ideally the Sprinkler sector)
- An excellent level of IT literacy - Word, Excel and Outlook- with an ability to quickly learn in-house systems,
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD LT or similar CAD software,
- Ability to manage own work load by effectively prioritising and multi-tasking,
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), must be confident and courteous on the telephones and be able to communicate at all levels,
- The ability to remain calm under pressure,
- Customer service oriented with focus on the success of the business,
- People person yet resilient and assertive with proactive and positive attitude,
- Effective problem solving & organisational skills,
- An excellent attention to detail.
Candidates should be smart and presentable with a professional approach and hold a full driving licence.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
