Job description

This is a senior role reporting to the General Manager. As Front of House Manager, you will be overseeing all service aspects of the job and working closely with the Head Chef to create and provide the best atmosphere and experience for our cafe customers.

Leading your motivated and committed service team in the delivery of amazing food to 150 covers, you will manage service from breakfast starting at 8am, through to lunch and light bites until 5pm.

With your outgoing personality you will entertain and host our customers as friends. You will deliver regular training to your team, embracing new ideas and working as one to achieve consistently high standards. Barista-training is essential.

You will be responsible for working with the Head Chef to set goals, manage purchasing and budgeting and hit departmental sales targets. You will manage your department's rota using the staff scheduling system and be fully responsible for your front of house wage spend.

Trading between 8am to 6pm with no split shifts and a 40-hour week.
