Gardener

We are a local property management company serving the West Midlands. We specialise in cleaning, decorating, gardening and landscaping within residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding

- Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and flower beds

- Trim hedges and shrubs to ensure proper growth and appearance

- Maintain and use a range of garden tools and equipment

- Assist with landscape maintenance projects as directed such as slabbing, decking etc.

Experience:

- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping required

- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools

- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and practices

- Understanding of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning

- Ability to identify common plant diseases and pests

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
