The Vicarage in Cheshire is looking for a versatile General Manager to join our team and take charge of delivering exceptional service in our stunning Grade II listed venue in the heart of central Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop our dedicated team, ensuring excellent service standards and a positive working environment.
- Community Engagement: Foster and build strong relationships with local residents and businesses, ensuring that The Vicarage remains an integral part of the community.
- Financial Management: Monitor and deliver against budgets, with a keen eye for cost control and maximising profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage staff rotas, and ensure smooth service delivery, consistently meeting the high standards expected by our guests.
- Event Management: Play an active role in the planning and execution of events that drive business and community engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- A proven track record in hospitality management, ideally within a similar role or environment.
- A natural leader who excels at building and nurturing relationships both with guests and within the team.
- A results-driven individual who can meet and exceed financial and operational targets.
- Comfortable with managing budgets, rotas, and financial performance.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards.

Pay: £30,239.00-£38,210.00 per year
