We are delighted to be advertising on behalf of our client, Create Financial Solutions, who are seeking an ambitious Graduate Financial Adviser to join their talented and growing team. This is a newly created role which has arisen due to an exciting period of business growth.
Based in Portlethen, Create FS, is made up of a team of highly experienced financial advisers and support staff. Create FS are experts in building long-term and meaningful relationships with their individual and corporate clients. They’re seeking an aspiring financial adviser, to work in an developing workplace that is growing and evolving their way of working with clients. As a Graduate Financial Adviser, you will work closely with senior advisers to provide financial planning. The role involves shadowing the experienced advisers and participating in client meetings. Following meetings, you will explore planning opportunities for clients and discuss options for implementation. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity for starting a rewarding career in financial advising. Alongside the practical experience, there is a 12-month comprehensive structured training that results in you achieving the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) with related sales and communication training.
Client Interaction:
· Assist in conducting initial meetings with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and concerns.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Financial Planning:
· Support the preparation of detailed financial plans and investment strategies tailored to clients' individual circumstances.
· Assist in the analysis of clients' financial situations, including cash flow, debt management, retirement planning, and risk management.
Research and Analysis:
· Conduct research on financial products, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
· Prepare and present reports on financial trends and product performance to support advisory recommendations.
Compliance and Documentation:
· Ensure all client interactions and financial plans comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with senior financial advisers and other team members to provide high-quality service to clients.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree at grade 2:2 and above, or two years’ work experience in relevant or related field i.e. finance, sales, or client management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The successful candidate must be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, who possesses the ability to engage and quickly build a rapport with a variety of individuals. They should be an enthusiastic self-starter, passionate to learn and grow in the role.

This is a full-time position working 35 hours Monday – Friday.
Candidates should have the permanent right to work in the UK.
