The Role:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is highly skilled in Canva to come and join our creative team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate ready to roll up their sleeves and apply their design talents across a wide variety of marketing and sales enablement projects.

In this role, you’ll create visually compelling assets that support digital marketing, website content, social media, sales initiatives, and video storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our generation teams to deliver polished, on-brand visuals that elevate our campaigns and customer experience

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design high-quality digital assets using Canva including:
• Website graphics and banners
• Email marketing visuals
• Infographics
• Sales enablement materials (PowerPoint templates, sell sheets, case study templates)
• Social media graphics and promotional assets
• Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

Video Creation:

• Develop short-form, high-impact videos using Canva, including:

· Product highlight videos

• Social media video content
• Quick-turn animations and branded motion pieces

Essentials Skills & Qualities:

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.

· Expert proficiency in Canva—including advanced features, animations, brand kits, and video creation tools.

· Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

· Ability to create clean, modern, brand-aligned designs efficiently and accurately.

· Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.

· Portfolio showcasing design and video work, specifically demonstrating strength in Canva.

Desirables:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with branding, marketing funnels, and digital content best practices.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
