Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Consultancy team. This is a varied and fast‑paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of consultancy and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Consultancy team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Assist with reception and front‑of‑house duties as required
- Work collaboratively with other members of the administration team to ensure all administrative work is completed to the required standard and issued to clients in line with company procedures
- Liaise professionally with clients and staff at all levels of the organisation
- Produce company documentation in line with the approved document list
- Type monitoring reports and complete associated company summaries
- Provide administrative support to senior consultants and managers as required
- Maintain a good understanding of the Company Quality Policy and ensure adherence at all times
- Carry out any other ad hoc administrative duties to support the Consultancy team as requested.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS POSITION IS BASED IN OUR GRANTHAM OFFICE WITH A STARTING SALARY OF £12.75 PER HOUR / 37.5 HRS/5 DAYS PER WEEK
