Location: Highbridge, Somerset

Salary: £15.25 per hour

Contract: Temporary Contract (8 - 12 Weeks)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (days). No Weekends!

Licence Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence and Own Vehicle - Essential

Cat C Driving Licence (Class 2) - Essential

✔ Must be 21+ years old for insurance purposes

✔ Must have a valid CPC and digital tacho card

✔ Must have no more than 6 active penalty points

✔ Must have no active IN, DR or TT endorsements

Do you have the skills and experience it takes?

Essential Experience:

• Requires a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar HGV Driver role
• Must be comfortable driving for extended periods of time
• Needs to be experienced in commercial driving and relevant legislation
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

Desirable Experience:

• Should have good local geographical knowledge
• Experience of banksman duties including reversing manoeuvres is preferred
• Proven experience operating dustcart vehicles is desirable but not essential
• Experience in the waste management industry is advantageous
