Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings
• Cleans floors and rooms. including dusting, steam cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows
• Cleans toilets and bathrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying bins, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals
• Vacuums, empties and cleans household bins
• Manages personal stock, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organisation of assigned areas
• Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
• Performs additional duties as needed

Working as a Cleaner with Proud to Clean will provide you with the freedom to choose your hours and work schedule. The position is advertised as a self-employed role, in which you will work for Proud to Clean on assignments.

Cleaner Qualifications / Skills:

• Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Well presented
• Access to your own car to travel to appointments
• Having experience in professional domestic and cleaning is a benefit, but not essential as full training will be provided
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• To be passionate about delivering a high quality service and gaining 5-star reviews
• Comfortable working on own for the majority of the time
• Good childcare support (if appropriate) to ensure reliability for shifts

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience within another Service industry is also desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
