You’ll work closely with the Head of People & Culture, gaining hands-on experience while leading exciting initiatives and providing organisational, administrative, and general HR support to help shape the future of Altilium. What You'll Do
Employee Lifecycle Management: Managing all administrational tasks throughout the employee lifecycle including:
- Supporting the onboarding process and setting up new starter profiles.
- Preparing and managing paperwork for any employee changes.
- Overseeing the end-to-end process for leavers.
- Maintaining accurate employee data and updating our HR system.
- Running HR reports and managing notifications for monthly payroll.
Employee Support
- Serve as a proactive and approachable first point of contact for any employee queries, providing helpful and quick responses or escalating when appropriate
- Help manage employee relations by supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
Project Involvement: Provide dependable support on various people-related projects and initiatives, helping to drive our company culture forward.
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment team with the hiring process.
What you'll bring
- Relevant experience as a People or HR Administrator or Assistant.
- A passion for fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Reliability and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with colleagues.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, ready to tackle challenges with initiative.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment.
