Full job description
Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital Limited is a charity based in Rye which provides a range of community health services on the Memorial Care Centre site including a community wellbeing centre (The Hub on Rye Hill) which was opened in 2020.
The Charity is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to support the day to day operational management of the Hub. Reporting to the Hub Operations Manager, the Hub Coordinators are responsible for a wide range of operational and administrative duties and activities to support the smooth running of the Hub. Key elements of the role include meeting and greeting visitors or clients to facilitate events, ensuring the Hub is a safe, secure, clean and well maintained environment, managing bookings and invoicing, promoting events, and working with the maintenance team to ensure the Hub is kept in the best possible condition.
The role will continue to evolve as the Hub develops the range of services and facilities it provides to meet the needs of the community it serves.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week
