Interim HR Advisor
Sutton | Full Time | 12–13-month FTC | Up to £40,000
Hybrid working – Initial 3 months office based, then 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
We are delighted to be supporting our innovative client with recruiting an experienced HR Advisor on a fixed term contract for approximately 12-13 months.
Working within an established and supportive HR team, this role will cover the full generalist spectrum whilst having business partnering responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start or on no more than a months’ notice.
Role Duties:
- Business partnering responsibilities towards business units and working with Senior Leaders
- First point of contact for designated business units
- Responsible for all employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, absence management, wellbeing and performance management
- Overseeing end to end recruitment for the business units supported
- Working closely with Line Managers on an array of issues and providing regular training and development
- Support on various HR Projects
- Manage and maintain the HR system using insights and reports to identify improvements required
- Oversee all HR paperwork and documentation prior to release
- Assist and support with payroll preparation and provide payroll and benefits cover when required
- Assist with facilities management when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive generalist HR experience gained ideally from an SME environment
- Strong ER casework experience and full employee lifecycle experience
- Ideally CIPD qualified however extensive work experience will be considered instead
- Experience of working within a commercial setting
- Experience of end to end payroll processing
- Experience of delivering training ideal but not essential
- A brilliant team player attitude with the ability to support where needed at all levels
- Excellent relationship builder with a supportive HR approach
