IT Support & Systems Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Support & System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, installing and troubleshooting software, maintaining network infrastructure and performing electronic repairs such Smart Phones, iPads, tablets, game-console and other gadgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, MacBooks, and mobile devices.
• Perform Windows and macOS installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide network setup and maintenance, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install and configure software applications, including CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
• Perform virus and malware removal, data recovery, and system optimizations.
• Assist with website design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and order spare parts as necessary.
• Provide technical support to staff and customers in person and remotely.
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including server setup and business network installations.
• Ensure proper documentation and logging of all repair and IT support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, electronics repair, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7/8/10/11, macOS, and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, networking, and server management.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) and basic web development skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati for effective communication.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with VoIP, VPN, and cloud services.
• Ability to build and repair custom PCs.
• Familiarity with programming languages (PHP, C++, Java, SQL, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,300.00-£36,000.00 per year
