As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations, assisting the senior chefs. You'll also be able to showcase your creativity and expertise while ensuring the highest food quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Oversee the kitchen's day-to-day operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximise profitability.
- Assist in training and developing kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Uphold Good Times Pubs & Bars' food quality standards, portion control, and presentation.
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and special events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Right to work in the UK.
