As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency, while supporting our talented chefs and growing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
• Keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Clean all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
• Handle waste disposal efficiently and safely.
• Chef Support:
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks.
• Set up and break down workstations.
• Restock ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Organization & Efficiency:
• Maintain organized storage areas.
• Ensure ingredients and tools are always accessible.
• Learning & Growth:
• Shadow our chefs to learn kitchen procedures.
• Take part in training sessions to develop your skills.

Requirements:

• No formal experience necessary, but experience in a kitchen or cleaning environment is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings.
