Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter with a good level of experience in a similar kitchen role, to join our team

At Harry’s, a brand-new restaurant & bar in Ludlow. We are looking for someone who thrives working in a team, with a passion for your job and responsibilities. As a kitchen porter, you are one of the most important cogs in the kitchen make-up. We are looking for someone with impeccable eye for detail, care and passion.

The role and responsibilities

Have a high standard of cleaning, from cutlery and plates to windows and floors.
To have prior experience in managing chemical and equipment ordering.
To be able to manage and schedule weekly deep cleans.
To have experience in cleaning sensitive items like deep fat fryers, BBQ’s, grease traps etc.
To be able to and have had experience in taking fridge temperatures, recording cleaning, liaising with the EHO.
To be able to manage pest control measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21-£18.58 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
