Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our lead generation team. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to fit work around school hours or other personal commitments. You will play a key role in engaging cold prospects via phone to assess their insurance needs, connect with decision-makers, and establish introductions for our professional advisors. If you thrive on building rapport, fostering relationships, and contributing to a team dedicated to meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Interest: Proactively engage with target customers through cold calling to generate interest in Sustain Insurance Brokers' services.
- Information Gathering: Collect and document key information about businesses, including existing insurance arrangements and decision-making processes for renewals.
- Appointment Setting: Work with our established database of prospects to requalify their suitability and schedule appointments for Senior Practitioners to carry out insurance reviews.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with prospects to create long-term opportunities and enhance Sustain's reputation as a trusted partner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to identify ways to refine outreach strategies and promote our services effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and handling objections.
- A desire to contribute to a purpose-driven business focused on sustainability.
